Allison HUB™

The Allison HUB™ provides a centralized location for access to Allison technical information. Access to the Allison HUB is available to everyone. Likewise, the Allison HUB provides nearly 1,500 Authorized Distributors and Dealers worldwide additional resources that support the service of Allison transmissions.

Web-Based Service Training

Web modules currently include product familiarization, preventive maintenance and basic diagnostic information for Allison Transmission’s most popular on-highway transmissions – the 1000 Series™, 2000 Series™, 3000 Series™ and 4000 Series™ automatic transmissions. Each module typically takes less than one hour to complete and provides information covering fundamental operational theory, maintenance and service procedures.

Warranty Status Check

The Warranty Status Check tool allows users to check for coverage on a transmission based on serial number.  Results shown are for serial numbers registered with Allison, or for transmissions registered with add Extended Transmission Coverage (ETC).

Allison is offering Allison HUB™ Premium, a subscription package service, which provides an enhanced level of access for Allison Authorized service locations and Basic users.

FAQ

I AM AN ALLISON CHANNEL MEMBER. HOW DO I RECEIVE CORRECT ALLISON HUB PREMIUM PRICING ON THE ALLISON TRANSMISSION PUBLICATIONS WEB STORE?

If you are an Allison partner, please send an email to the help desk at allisontransmission@gilmore.ca indicating your Allison account number to ensure correct pricing when logged into the Allison Transmission Publications Web Store. Likewise, if utilizing a PO for purchasing, you will need to contact the help desk as well.

I PURCHASED ALLISON HUB PREMIUM AND ITS FEATURES ARE NOT APPEARING ON MY HUB ACCOUNT. HOW DO I ACTIVATE THEM?

When logged into your Allison HUB account, please select Profile > Manage Subscriptions > Activate Now and accept to the subscription package's terms of use. If you are not seeing a subscription package applied to your HUB account, please contact allisonhub@allisontransmission.com. Please note, after purchasing Allison HUB Premium from the Allison Transmission Publications Web Store, it will take 24-48 hours for features within the Allison HUB to be applied to your Allison HUB account.

HOW LONG DOES AN ALLISON HUB PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE LAST?

The Allison HUB Premium subscription package is valid for 1-year from the date of purchase.

CAN SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES OR ALLISON HUB ACCOUNTS BE SHARED?

Neither subscription packages or Allison HUB accounts can be shared per the terms of use found on our website allisontransmission.com.

WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN TO THE ALLISON HUB, I RECEIVE A MESSAGE STATING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE. HOW DO I REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?

After 90 consecutive days of not logging in, Allison HUB accounts are automatically inactivated. To reactivate your account, select the hyperlinked "here" within the "Please request to reactivate your account here" message and complete the form. Requests are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD TO THE ALLISON HUB. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To retrieve your Allison HUB username and/or to reset your password, select either the "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?" link on the login page of the Allison HUB. Complete either of the self-service forms to receive an auto-generated email that will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

How to Purchase Allison HUB Premium

To take full advantage of Allison HUB Premium's features,

1. Request an Allison HUB account here.
2. Login to your Allison HUB account and select Publications Web Store under the Publications tab.
3. Within the Publications Web Store, search ATI-HUB-SUB to purchase Allison HUB Premium.
4. After purchase, within 24-48 hours, login to your Allison HUB account to activate Allison HUB Premium's features by selecting Profile > Manage Subscriptions > Activate Now and accept to the subscription package's terms of use.
