Allison is committed to its Product security at all phases of the Product’s lifecycle from design to decommissioning. We are committed to protecting the product through different measures when a risk is identified. Anyone aware of any security vulnerability on the Allison Product can disclose it by emailing product.cybersecurity@allisontransmission.com.
Allison Transmission’s responsibilities
- We will protect the identity of the individuals reporting vulnerabilities.
- Our Product Cybersecurity team will acknowledge all the received vulnerability reports on Allison products in a timely manner.
- Allison Transmission will investigate, fix, and deploy the solution in a reasonable time frame, and, following Allison’s product risk assessment procedures.
Vulnerability Reporter responsibilities
- Allison Transmission thanks you for informing us of the identified vulnerabilities.
- We would like you to refer to the Product Cybersecurity Policy for Allison's commitment to prioritizing the product’s security and to understand your responsibilities as an individual submitting the disclosure.
- Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities without Allison's consent. This can compromise the safety and privacy of the vehicle/user.
