上海,2023 年10月17日 —— 作为传统和电气化车辆驱动解决方案的领先设计和制造商,享誉全球的中重型商用车全自动变速箱生产商,艾里逊变速箱公司很高兴地宣布,长期合作伙伴临工重机股份有限公司将在2023年底前,向来自全球的客户交付20多台配备艾里逊6620 ORS™ 变速箱的136吨级宽体矿用自卸车 (RT90),用于当地矿石运输。
艾里逊6000非公路系列变速箱因其无与伦比的性能、品质、耐久性和可靠性在全球矿山煤矿运输领域声誉卓著。

临工136吨级宽体矿用自卸车采用了潍柴WP17TG770E304发动机,额定功率为566千瓦,最大扭矩3000牛米。该车型最大载重90吨,最高时速超过40公里/小时,最大爬坡度超过30°。临工在更大吨位的136吨级平台上首装艾里逊自动挡变速箱,可实现全油门大扭矩平稳起步,并随路况坡度变化进行自动智能换挡,解决了手动挡变速箱重载起步动力不足,复杂上坡工况换挡困难的问题;同时,在装卸载过程中,蠕行功能可以帮助驾驶员更精准的控制车辆。液力变矩器与湿式离合器的组合具有更高的可靠性,集成的液力缓速器可为车辆提供额外的制动力,减小整车制动负荷及磨损并延长轮胎寿命。
可靠性和耐用性方面,艾里逊6620 ORS™ 变速箱具备强大的诊断功能,驾驶员可实时监控变速箱状态。换挡能量管理功能可以有效保护变速箱离合器,降低换挡冲击,减小车辆顿挫。这不仅延长了维修周期,降低变速箱的维保成本,同时还提升了驾驶员的舒适度。
