艾里逊将携FracTran®变速箱亮相第二十三届CIPPE北京石油展
上海,2023年5月22日 - 艾里逊变速箱公司很高兴地宣布将向中国能源市场推出新一代液力压裂变速箱FracTran®,这是一款专为油田压裂行业精心打造的产品。艾里逊将于5月31日 - 6月2日参展第二十三届中国国际石油石化技术装备展览会(CIPPE 2023 北京石油展),届时将展出FracTran®变速箱。
FracTran®变速箱于2021年首次在北美推出。此次进入中国市场标志着艾里逊在北美以外地区的强劲需求,特别是在能源领域。同时,这将为艾里逊的全球非公路终端市场带来年收入1亿美元的增量增长机会。
“压裂泵主要用于页岩油及页岩气的开采。在中国,这些资源都深藏地下。因此需要强大的设备让压裂泵更快更深地到达井下。”艾里逊变速箱公司全球非公路、客户支持和服务工程执行董事 Kartik Ramanan先生说。“高压工况下,FracTran®能够提供高可靠性和强大性能,从而最大程度地提高客户的生产力。”
作为艾里逊油田系列变速箱的全新创新产品,新一代专门构建的FracTran®结合了广大客户的回馈建议以及艾里逊几十年来在全球油田应用中积累的产品工况信息分析。在这个重视低总拥有成本和投资回报率的行业中,FracTran®将会加强客户的竞争力和生产力。

FracTran®配备八个换挡,提供多种速比选择,以满足客户的多样化需求。该变速箱额定输入总功率为3,300马力,输入扭矩10,000磅英尺,以满足当前的市场要求。实际该产品输入总功率最高可达3,500马力,且只需更换易损件。此外,FracTran®提供滤芯和变速箱油寿命诊断、安装在变速箱上的控制模块、扭转震动的诊断和一个车载远程信息系统。
