配备艾里逊4800非公路系列全自动变速箱,17台由中国重型机械整车企业柳工制造的宽体采矿自卸卡车出口至哥伦比亚,用于当地矿山运输煤矿。
北京,2021年11月- 作为传统和电气化车辆驱动解决方案的领先设计和制造商,享誉全球的中重型商用车全自动变速箱生产商,艾里逊变速箱公司很高兴宣布其长期的合作伙伴柳工(常州)矿山机械有限公司向哥伦比亚批量发送了17台配备艾里逊4800 非公路系列全自动变速箱的新型宽体矿用卡车。柳工(常州)矿山机械有限公司是广西柳工重型机械有限公司的子公司,其总公司排名全球工程机械企业50强。
艾里逊非公路系列变速箱因其无与伦比的性能、品质、耐久性和可靠性在全球矿山领域声誉卓著。
“我们和艾里逊在不同产品线上合作已有11年的历史了,配备艾里逊全自动变速箱的宽体矿用车能应对任何严酷环境和工况而不会影响生产力和效率,在国内外市场都很热销。”柳工研究所所长周昌祺说。
哥伦比亚是南美洲最大的煤炭生产国。其丰富的煤层位于非常崎岖的地形,煤炭开采过程需要极其强大和可靠的重型卡车运输和装载。新型矿用卡车设计最大有效载荷为60吨,车身容量为 32 立方米,由输出额定功率382kW玉柴柴油发动机 (YC6K13.520)和额定扭矩为2400 Nm的艾里逊 4800非公路系列全自动变速箱提供动力。艾里逊使用变扭器技术平稳地增大发动机扭矩,将更多的动力传递到驱动轮。通过动力倍增,驾驶员在驾驶过程中获得车辆更高的性能、更快的加速度和增强的操作灵活性。手动变速箱或AMT每次换挡都会中断动力,而艾里逊全自动变速箱因采用不间断动力技术(Continuous
Power Technology™)不需要断开并重新啮合,避免动力间断。
出口至哥伦比亚的宽体矿车主要是用在露天煤矿区的表层土剥离, 在有一定坡度的简单施工道路上重载行驶。每天工作两班,每班时间约8-10小时。

艾里逊变速箱4000系列专为重型车辆平稳、高效地运行而设计。艾里逊4800ORS全自动变速箱配一体式增强制动性能的液力缓速器并搭载了发动机驱动的取力器,保证矿车在重载恶劣路况和工况下具有最佳的操控性和驾驶性能。使用一体式缓速器帮助车辆减速,可减少制动磨损,尤其是在车辆满载下坡时,驾驶员将体验到更强的操控性和优化的驾驶性能。
在恶劣环境下工作的矿车需要坚不可摧的变速箱。宽体矿用车不仅要搬运重物,还要应对频繁起停的工况以及终日使用发生的故障。这种恶劣的工况使变速箱极易损坏。艾里逊变速箱使用专利的变扭器技术取代易磨损的离合器,只需要定期更换滤芯和油液,车辆就能保持最佳性能,延长了矿车运行时间并降低了维修成本。
