Allison Transmission annonce un investissement stratégique dans EnerTech Capital
INDIANAPOLIS, mai 2024 – Allison Ventures, la branche de capital-risque d'Allison Transmission, est heureuse d'annoncer son engagement à investir 10 millions de dollars dans EnerTech Capital, une société de capital-risque axée sur le développement de technologies et de modèles commerciaux émergents dans le domaine de la mobilité.
Grâce à ce partenariat, Allison aura accès au vaste réseau d’entreprises de haute technologie d’EnerTech qui font progresser les technologies automobiles dans les secteurs de l’électrification, de la connectivité, de l’autonomie et de la numérisation.
