Navistar S13-Motor mit Allison Vollautomatikgetriebe

Navistar, wird Allison Vollautomatikgetriebe in seinen Lkw mit S13-Motoren verbauen. Ab sofort
ist die Allison 3414 Regional Haul Series™ (RHS) für die International RH-Baureihe mit dem S13-
Motor erhältlich. Darüber hinaus können International HX-Lkw mit S13 jetzt auch mit der Allison
Getriebebaureihe 4000 Series™ bestellt werden.
Im Rahmen der Einführung des S13-Motors, der erstmals im August 2022 vorgestellt wurde, hat
Navistar den Bedarf an zusätzlichen Antriebsstrangoptionen erkannt. Durch die Kombination der
RH- und HX-Plattformen von International Truck mit dem Navistar S13-Motor und Allison-Vollautomatikgetrieben stehen den Kunden zwei Hochleistungslösungen mit hervorragender
Beschleunigung und optimierter Effizienz zur Verfügung.

Seit der Einführung des Navistar A26-Motors im Jahr 2020 haben sich einige der größten Flotten
Nordamerikas, darunter führende Lebensmittelgroßhändler, für International RH Trucks mit dem
3414 RHS-Getriebe von Allison entschieden. Das Vollautomatikgetriebe hat sich auch in
regionalen Fuhrparks im Lebensmittel- und Getränkevertrieb durchgesetzt.
Das 3414 RHS Vollautomatikgetriebe wurde entwickelt, um die Bedienung und
Manövrierfähigkeit des Fahrzeugs im Stadtverkehr zu verbessern. Es bietet ausgezeichnete
Leistung und Effizienz und ermöglicht eine Senkung des Kraftstoffverbrauchs um bis zu 8
Prozent. Darüber hinaus vermeidet es die mit automatisierten Schaltgetrieben verbundenen
Ausfallzeiten, da kein Kupplungswechsel erforderlich ist.
