INDIANAPOLIS, USA, 20. September 2022 - Allison Transmission, ein führender Entwickler und Hersteller von konventionellen, Elektro-Hybrid und vollelektrifizierten Fahrzeugantriebslösungen, hat auf der IAA Transportation in Hannover mit der eGen Power 130S ein weiteres Elektroachsen-Modell seiner eGen Power Produktreihe vorgestellt.
Die Kernkomponenten der 130S-Elektroachse, wie die neuen Aufhängungen, die Bremsen, die Radköpfe und die Achsschenkel, wurden speziell für eine höhere zulässige Achslast von 13 Tonnen entwickelt, die häufig von Nutzfahrzeugen in Europa und im asiatisch-pazifischen Raum benötigt wird. Die einmotorige 130S bringt eine Dauerleistung von 225 kW, eine Spitzenleistung von 325 kW sowie ein Drehmoment von 23.500 Nm. Sie verfügt über ein parallel zur Achse angeordnetes Zweiganggetriebe, das sowohl die Anforderungen beim Start als auch bei Autobahnfahrten effizient erfüllt und gleichzeitig die Energierückgewinnung durch die 100-prozentige generative Bremsfähigkeit erhöht. Die 130S-Elektroachse ergänzt die Allison eGen Power-Produktreihe von E-Achsen, zu der auch die im Jahr 2020 eingeführte 100D sowie die 2021 eingeführten Modelle 130D und 100S gehören.
