Initial online application 2. 20 minute online work questionnaire 3. 2 hour computer based manufacturing assessment at Allison Transmission 4. 6 hour production simulation assessment at Allison Transmission 5. 1 hour interview 6. Background check, physical exam, & drug screen Please be patient as we process qualified candidates, and understand that it may take more than 6 months before you are asked to participate in later stages of the selection process.
